My Musings
What I want to learn and take from this class.
I do want to learn much about everything that a designer does, but I will essentially learn many things that will help me in becoming a better designer. I really want to learn the differences, the type clients each would deal with and time spent on a project between firms with a large amount of staff vs. a smaller staff of designers.
If you could choose a project to work on or a subject to learn, what would it be?
I think a project that has to be built up from the very bottom and possibly have a complex infrastructure to it, and even a project that implement new ways doing an activity, etc. A project that is worked on by multiple people, designers or not.
What issues are your biggest concerns with you developing as a designer?
My biggest concerns is how I will fair in the real world as a designer, because if an oppurtunity comes up and for some reason I am unhappy with it due to loss of love for it. Right now I like design very much so and I progess each and everyday more or less, but I feel that if I start find that love I will be okay in whatever I am doing. It is a goal for me to is to find a connection with design that I can relate to.
